Many Birdingbury residents attended the War Memorial rededication ceremony on Sunday August 3rd 2014. It was a moving occasion, followed by afternoon tea in the Birbury. The Birdingbury History Group had set up a display of information in the Birbury about the life and war stories of the men whose names are on the Memorial, and also about others who survived the War. Their stories, and more, are about to be published in a small booklet.
